About us
I make unique turned and carved wooden objects for everyday enjoyment. I try to show the organic and unpredictable nature of the material by turning green (wet) timber almost paper-thin to encourage the pieces to twist and turn naturally as they dry out, producing exciting and often unexpected results. I sometimes add colour and texture by ebonising, flaming or dyeing and wire brushing. I use only ethically sourced and repurposed timber.
